Had my glucose tollerance test today, what a pain in the arse. It was a 2
hour, 75g load, and it took 2.5 hours to complete, because I had to sit
down
for 20 minutes before I was allowed to start the test! First a urine test.
Then 3 vials from one arm, then the drink, then an hours wait, another
vial
from the other arm, then another hours wait, then another vial from the
first arm. I must say, I will always go back to that centre though - you
know they're good vampires when they can take blood from the same vein
twice
and not leave any bruise what so ever!
Apart from that, we're fine. Baby wore herself out so much yesterday that
she slept like a log last night... I wondered if she was still in there...
but boom boom boom after the glucose, so yeah, she was in there alright...
and is currently wearing herself out again.
