Ron's statements didn't appear as you present them to me.
He didn't make any excuses for the foster parent.
Further, no one looks to find an 'infallible human being'.
That's not an option because no such creature exists.
However, you have to be dense in the head to forget that you have a
kid in the car, IMHO.

Why do you feel a need to place the blame for the ills of the world at
the feet of your target?

How can you know what a parent or foster parent feels in any given
situation?
