It would help if I knew what you meant. By "tuition" you mean "tutoring?"
Since "tuition" is colloquially understood to mean the money you pay to a
school that your child is attending. (That's what it has come to mean; I
agree that formally speaking, tuition means "teaching or tutoring.")

I can't speak to this because I have never used one, nor would I ever use
one.
I'd find a local tutor that my child could sit down with, one on one.
Why would you favor online overseas tutoring over something more local?
