I am happy enough, too. I found out a while after she came to live with
us,
that he had been drinking with her and had been abusive in other ways. I
tried so hard to not talk about it online in case my posts ever came back
up
in court!
My sister is not having troubles with her 10yo daughter and husband, and
it
is so strange to be on the other side of all that ! I asked my daughter
recently what she remembered about my husband and she has no memory of
tension *at all*! I could not believe it. I remember he used to get so
mad
when she chewed with her mouth open. Well, both of my girls can't stand
it
when their friends do that. lol
With hope and heart,
Kathleen
