I suppose the 24 year old man will be homeless no longer but
rather will be a denizen of the prison system. On the other hand
he will have more offspring the majority of males so I suppose
in a Darwinian sense he hit the jackpot.

I forgot about the girls and their woods colts.  I suppose
they the kids are on the road to being future denizens on the prison
system or as the Chinese prison system says "spare parts"
for the wealthy or Party members.
