(OT) More Changes to eBay Policies

To my fellow Transfans who buy and sell on eBay, I thought I would
post up a link to the new rule changes going into effect soon
(October?):

Note that they are imposing limits on ****pping & Handling charges in
some categories (mostly media) even if actual ****pping costs exceed
that (which is possible if you actually package an item securely).
Fortunately, toys are currently not included in this.

Money orders and checks for payments are forbidden except for sales
completed in person.  ALL payments for auctions have to be electronic,
online payments such as PayPal, and ALL sellers have to accept those
kinds of payments.  That means if you are the "PayPal Sucks" type,
then eBay is about to become even less friendly to you.

(I strongly suspect the following has a lot to do with the switch to
an only-electronic-payments eBay, not to mention the money made by
eBay by forcing everyone onto PayPal:

To keep this post mildly on topic, I think that eBay will be adding
(or just added) Transformers categories for Animated, BotCon,
ComicCon, and maybe one or two others.
