boys/girls only schools

by emmajackson88@[EMAIL PROTECTED] (emma jackson) Jul 31, 2004 at 05:58 PM

I think that sending children to boys or girls only schools inhibits
them from forming im****tant social ties and having real-life
experiences that would be beneficial to the children's development. I
can see how having a boys only or girls only school would limit the
issue of distraction during the school day, but I think that
developing social skills is a very im****tant part of schooling. In my
opinion, the social relation****ps that are formed by being in school
with both ***es is a part of life that is healthy and should be
encouraged, since when the children get older, they will inevitably
encounter members of the opposite ***. Therefore, I do not see a
reason for separation in most cases.
