Little Hyperactive Student? Think METHAMPHETAMINE!

by lab-sick@[EMAIL PROTECTED] Dec 5, 2005 at 07:22 AM

If you are a teacher of very young children who appear to be
hyperactive, these days you should be suspecting METHAMPHETAMINE...

....not that such first-graders are customers of dope dealers, and not
that they are popping pills or smoking meth or injecting it... but read
on...

While I was in building 6 of 7 drug lab infested residential buildings,
I had an op****tunity to observe the behavior of four young children
from three different households, ages three thru eight.

All of these children acted overly giddy, hyperactive, and overly
aggressive with adults. I attributed this to methamphetamine dust in
the air and to other drug lab dusts and fumes.

One child, a seven-year-old girl, came prancing up upon me while I was
unlocking my apartment door, and she acted overly ***ually aggressive
with me. Too shocked to respond with aplomb, I just ordered her to go
back to her apartment. I hid out in my apartment, too concerned to have
another encounter with her (She spent a great deal of time in the
hallways of the building).

The four-year-old sister of the seven-year-old was seen by me running
like a speed demon through the hallways and running up the stairs to
other floors. On a later date, this little girl came knocking on my
door so hard that you'd think that law enforcement was trying to gain
entry. This one was fielded to my mother who dealt with her. My mother
re****ted back to me that "that little girl is a maniac!"

NOTE WELL: I am NOT referring to a ghetto apartment building, but to a
rather upscale one where the rents were very high. And I am not saying
that any of these children resided in the households of the drug labs
themselves. What I am saying is that there can be enough drug lab fumes
and dusts in the air to adversely affect children *anywhere* in such an
apartment building.

FURTHER NOTE WELL: If you contact the parents of any hyperactive,
overly giddy little one, and they claim total ignorance of the possible
cause, this is because the drug labs of today are odorless or near
odorless. BE ESPECIALLY CONCERNED FOR CHILDREN WHO RESIDE IN HOTELS OR
IN THOSE EXTENDED STAY FURNISHED FACILITIES!!
