The Republic of Weirdistan has developed a new national economic
policy of fielding the world's best jugglers.
The Ministry of Education has been tasked with the job of developing
screening tests, which can be administered to all XX-year-old
Weirdistanee kids, to decide who will be plucked out from their
backwoods village and sent to the prestigious Weirdistan National
Juggling Academy until age 17, when graduates are deemed to be ready
to get out there and start earning revenues for the Republic.
