Did you mean Texas Governor Rick Perry who issued an executive order
mandating Gardasil jabs for schoolgirls? His ties to Gardasil
manufacturer Merck were noted in the press at the time. With this order
he tried to bypass the legislature, and in subsequent political fight
the legislature effectively blocked the order.

For Mark P it is the same: "not adamantly" but anti-vaccination
nevertheless. For him, anybody who has a doubt about any vaccine or
vaccination schedule is an anti-vac liar (TM) and a Merchant of Disease,
Disability and Death (TM).
