I found that if it wasn't mommy trying my DD would go to sleep whichever
way
the daycare provider worked out.  She'll also go to sleep differently for
her dad then for me.  If you don't have a problem putting her down the way
you are you might just let them work with getting her to do it the way
that
they want her to.
