Yes, but only a little.  I think it is the other parent's job to
anticipate your eventual wish to go home and to take your toys with
you.  This parent's behavior seems very inappropriate to me.  She
ignored the situation until after it was over, then complained.

You should not have to identify the child's parent in order to go
home, which is what this other parent demands of you.  It would have
been more appropriate for her to apologize to you for leaving you to
get your toy back yourself.

On the other hand, you could anticipate how the child would feel about
the toy being taken away, and in kindness to the child compensate for
the incompetence of the parent.
