I just received my July 21 issue of U.S. News & World Re****t. Their
cover article that took up about 3/4 of the issue was America's Best
Hospitals. Well, I want to tell you folks that I don't want to be in
the very best, top, champion hospital. And because I don't want
anything to do with a hospital regardless of how good it is, I do my
best to stay out of them. No. 1. I don't eat the carcass of any dead
animal.No. 2. I don't eat junk food that has had its origin in some
factory. No.3. I start my day, after prayer, with water, not coffee.
No.4 I try to take a walk each day. No.5 I don't eat more than I need
to sustain my weight and to provide operating energy. No. 6 I don't
take a drug for every little ache or pain, I try to determine the
cause and then work on that with natural recourses.No. 7. I try to
maintain an attitude of thankfulness, expressing gratitude to the
Maker of my body at every op****tunity. No. 8 I acknowledge that my
very existence is not due to any good behavior on my part but because
of the mercy and grace of my dear Father in heaven who loves me with
an unconditional, everlasting love.
(P.S.) If I fall down and break my leg, or get hit by a car, I want
that hospital, good or bad, to be very close to where I am at the
time.) Bob
