	I'm not sure why he's waking, but have you tried
waking him yourself a little beforehand (maybe when you
go to bed) to see if that disrupts the routine?  Or have
you tried taking him to visit somewhere else to see if
he still does (in case there's some noise or something
that happens between midnight and 2am in your neighborhood
that wakes him)?  I know waking a sleeping baby is an
unattractive proposition, but maybe if you just interrupt
his sleep cycle a bit it will change something.
