As far as I know, it's available in all the schools here (all the 
regular public schools, that is - not necessarily in the charter 
schools.)   The monthly school menu published by the school district 
shows breakfast available at elementary, middle, and high schools.  I 
think about half the students in this district are eligible for free or 
  reduced-price school meals.
